Bill Hall calls USCF member complaints "ridiculous, salacious".

Here is another brief audio tape from the USCF Executive Board meeting held in Crossville Tennessee on November 3, 2007. On this tape, Bill Hall, USCF Executive Director, states:

"Its amazing how many ridiculous, salacious scandals are imagined out there."

What is more amazing is that Bill Hall is able to keep his job, while often repeatedly insulting and ridiculing the USCF members who are paying his salary.
